- Supervise and provide attentive care for the child in the employer’s residence
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
- Assist with dressing and age-appropriate hygiene routines
- Plan and organize educational activities including reading, writing practice, counting exercises, arts and crafts, and creative play
- Support school readiness and homework completion
- Maintain daily routines including meals, learning time, and outdoor activities

- Communicate regularly with the employer regarding the child’s needs and progress
