We are a busy and loving family of seven living in Mississauga, Ontario. With two hardworking parents and five children aged 12, 11, 8, 6, and 2, our home is active, energetic, and full of daily routines that require consistent support. We are looking for a reliable, caring, and experienced Nanny who can help manage childcare responsibilities, maintain structure in the home, and ensure the children’s safety, well‑being, and development throughout the week.

Live Out Nanny  (NOC 44100)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Employer: Private Household (Family of 7)

Wage: $20.85 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday Days Off: 2 days off weekly

Vacation: 10 paid vacation days /4% per year

Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 1

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for five children of different ages

• Assist with morning, after‑school, and evening routines

• Prepare meals and snacks for the children

• Support hygiene, dressing, and daily activities

• Organize educational play, crafts, and recreational activities

• Assist with homework and school preparation

• Provide attentive care to toddler (age 2)

• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment

• Light housekeeping related to the children (laundry, tidying, cleaning play areas)

• Follow daily schedules and routines set by parents

• Ensure children’s emotional and physical well‑being

• Secondary school education

• 1 year to less than 2 years childcare experience

• English language ability

• Criminal record check required

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple children

• Patience, reliability, and strong organizational skills

• Comfortable caring for children of different ages, including toddlers

• Must be willing to work as a live‑out caregiver
