Looking for motivated and dynamic individual who wants to work in a fast paced and lively environment of our coffee shop. Salary

  • $36.10/hr., paid bi-weekly. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage, review, and maintain vendor contracts, service agreements, invoices, and procurement records to ensure cost control, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and analyze operational budgets, revenue forecasts, and expenditure plans to achieve financial objectives and profitability targets.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate all restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Assess inventory levels, equipment requirements, and operational needs; authorize purchases and coordinate timely replenishment to support business demands.
  • Monitor daily sales, cash flow, purchasing activities, and financial transactions; investigate variances and implement corrective measures where required.
  • Prepare, manage, and adjust staff schedules based on business volumes, labour budgets, and operational requirements.
  • Review and process payroll information, verify employee hours, and ensure compliance with applicable employment standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation, training schedules, policy implementation, and procurement of uniforms and required materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, sanitation requirements, and company operating procedures.
  • Analyze customer feedback, service trends, and operational performance indicators; recommend and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

Education

  • College diploma (Education in relevant trade is an asset)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Supervision/Management Experience of at least 1 year
  • Experience in same field is an asset
  • Must work mixed shifts depending upon the schedule
