Administrative Officer – Smoke to Snacks
Job Summary
Smoke to Snacks is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and administrative functions. The successful candidate will help coordinate office procedures, maintain records, support management with reporting and scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain office administrative procedures and systems
- Organize office files, records, and company documents
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, reporting, and internal communications
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing and inventory needs
- Support management with budgeting, invoice tracking, and administrative reporting
- Maintain organized records related to operations, staff, and vendors
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee documentation
- Coordinate office maintenance, equipment, and service requests
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, letters, and other business documents
- Ensure deadlines and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Provide general office support and assist with day-to-day business operations
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Previous office administration, clerical, customer service, or administrative experience is an asset
- Post-secondary education in office administration, business, or a related field is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Email and calendar management
- General office administration systems
- Basic computer and data entry skills
Work Conditions
- On-site position at a physical office location
Job Details
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32–$35

Experience
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative support: 1 year (preferred)
