Job Summary:
As the Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a gas station and manage multiple car wash stations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your role involves managing staff, implementing operational strategies, and driving profitability across these sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all daily operations of the retail store, gas station, and car wash stations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, including fuel handling, safety protocols, and merchandising standards, for both the gas station and car wash facilities.
- Manage staff scheduling across all stations (gas and car wash), ensuring proper coverage, delegating duties, and supervising team members for efficient operations.
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard staff for both the gas station and car wash facilities. Provide ongoing training and performance reviews to ensure high-quality service and operational standards.
- Monitor fuel pricing strategies and evaluate market research to adapt pricing and promotional strategies across both the retail store and gas stations.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies for retail merchandise and fuel services, including promotions and upselling tactics, to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
- Develop and manage the station's budgets, track daily sales and inventory, and analyze financial performance to meet company profitability goals.
- Oversee inventory management at all locations, ensuring stock levels are maintained, orders are placed timely, and shrinkage is minimized.
- Resolve customer concerns across gas stations and car wash stations in a timely manner, ensuring that any issues related to service or product delivery are addressed promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly in areas such as fuel handling, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness, across all stations.
- Prepare and present operational reports, including sales performance, inventory, customer satisfaction, and staffing to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor daily financial transactions, ensure proper cash handling, authorize payments, and ensure that all financial operations are secure and accurate.
- Manage operational issues related to supply shortages, equipment malfunctions, and any other challenges across the car wash stations and gas station, ensuring timely solutions.
- Perform regular audits to ensure that safety, compliance, and operational standards are consistently met across all stations.
