Location: 185 Advance Blvd, Brampton, ON, L6T 4Y3
Salary: $36.25 hourly/ 30 hours per Week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job responsibilities: 

• Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
• Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
• Supervise other workers
• Estimate costs and materials

Eligibility Requirements: 

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• 1 Month to less than 7 Months of experience is usally required.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Perform physically demanding tasks including bending, crouching, kneeling, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• Handle heavy materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
• Exhibit punctuality, teamwork, and the ability to collaborate effectively
