Required Motor Vehicle Mechanics Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

•  Manages day to day workflow by appointing duties and overseeing scheduling of the repairing staff.

•  Ensures repair projects deadlines are being met as per client expectations.

•  Solve work/customer complaints as needed and forward urgent issues to management.

•  Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety measures.

•  Ensure that all machinery and equipment is being used safely.

•  Ensure periodic maintenance of all machinery and equipment.

•  Create reports on performance and progress and submit them to senior management for review.

•  Resolve customer complaints with fair judgement and knowledge of company’s policies and procedures.

•  Request for supplies and services when required.

•  May take part in hiring and training process.

Criteria

Education: College/CEGEP

Work Experience: 1 year to 2 years of similar experience

Specific Skills: Flexibility, Team Player, Judgement, Reliability, attention to detail

Language: English

Salary: CAD$ 39.00/hour. Full-time permanent position
