Job Title: User Support Technician

Position: Permanent and Full Time

No of Vacancies: 2

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Day, Weekend 

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible 

Work Address: 31483 Homestead Crescent Abbotsford, BC V2T 6V9

Wage rate: $37.00 per hour, for 40 hours per week 

Education: High School require, college diploma an asset 

Experience: 1 Year to less than 2 Years of experience 

Languages: English 

Job Duties: 

• Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
• Provide customer service
