Job description

We are looking for dependable and motivated Construction Helpers to join our

team. As a helper working on a wide range of commercial and

residential strata projects, we need individuals who are ready to support our

tradespeople on site and contribute to the successful completion of our builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled trades with daily tasks on construction sites

• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

• Maintain clean and organized job sites

• Use hand and power tools

• Follow safety procedures and company policies

• Perform physical labour and other duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous construction or general labour experience (required)

• Able to lift 50 lbs+ regularly

• Willing to work in all weather conditions

• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking

• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (a big plus)
