Bhinder Masonry located in Surrey, BC is looking for Mason’s Helpers to join our team. We provide services for residential and commercial projects.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $34.62 per hour

Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations:  Surrey, BC, and various other job sites in the Lower Mainland area (BC) as per the company’s contracts with its clients.

Position duties:

• Assist Mason in their activities of cutting, shaping, installing tiles & bricks and laying stones, blocks etc..
• Load and unload masonry materials and equipment, and move material to work areas.
• Prepare the work site by removing damaged tiles, and bricks etc and ready rough surfaces for reinstallation as per Mason's instructions
• Put up and take down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades at construction sites
• Mix, pour, and spread grout, cement and plaster.
• Clean work areas, machines, and equipment, and store masonry tools at the designated area of work sites at the end of the shift.

Position requirements:

• Some work experience as a construction laborer would be an asset.
• No specific language requirement.
• Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and in all weather conditions.
