Overview

• Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times.
• Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to children.
• Administer first aid and medication when necessary.
• Guide and correct children’s behavior following parental instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized child care environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s progress and concerns.
• Promote good hygiene and teach proper personal care routines.
• Help children develop social skills through play and activities.
• Manage children’s behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Prepare and implement a daily schedule of activities and routines.
• Ensure children are dressed appropriately for weather and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as washing dishes and laundry related to child care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming to maintain their hygiene.
• Organize engaging activities like games, crafts, and outdoor play for their development and recreation.
