O/A Borgata Event Centre Located at 8400 Jane Street, Vaughan, ON, L4K 4L8 requires 6 Indian Sweet Makers on permanent and full time basis at the wage rate of $ 34.50/hr for minimum of 30 hours or above per week and additionally 10 paid vacation and 10 paid sick leaves will be given

JOB DUTIES AS AN INDIAN SWEET MAKER

1. Preparing traditional and high-quality Indian sweets and deserts
2. Ensuring food quality and food safety, including sweet temperatures, safe refrigeration of ingredients, and food allergens.
3. Work with specialized cooking equipment such as a deep fryer
4. Maintain Cleanliness in kitchen and food service areas;
5. Preparation, cooking and handling of sweets;
6. Ensuring the storefront display is stocked with a wide array of visually-appealing sweets;
7. Any other related job duties as required in the restaurant.
