Wage: $102 per hour, for 30.00 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business growth and maximize profitability.
• Identify emerging markets and new customer segments, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee marketing budgets, including expenditures and resource allocation, to align with company objectives.
• Lead advertising campaigns, promotions, and brand-building activities to strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
• Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and demand for services to inform strategic decisions.
• Supervise and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Job Requirements:

Education: College diploma in relevant field required, higher education an asset.

Work Experience: 2-3 Years of relevant experience.
