Job duties

 

  • Oversee administrative, and clerical support tasks to ensure organizational sustainability and evaluate and implement new procedures.
  • Organize and facilitate workflow to ensure a productive workplace.
  • Develop and implement new policies and processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
  • Manage/Order inventory of supplies and equipment when needed.
  • Oversee expenditures to manage the company's budget.
  • Maintain records and databases of employee information and company operations.
  • Assign work tasks, create schedules, and manage calendars.

 

Position Requirements

 

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Education in business or administrative field would be an asset but not mandatory
  • Good English communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
