Salary & Benefits

Wage: $23.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers, assigning tasks and scheduling shifts.
  • Authorize financial transactions, manage returns, and oversee cash handling.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and address supply shortages promptly.
  • Maintain inventory levels, order merchandise, and manage stock efficiently.
  • Generate reports on sales, merchandising, and staff performance.
  • Assist in hiring and training new employees, providing feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure the store's visual standards, such as displays and cleanliness, are upheld.
  • Perform operational tasks typically assigned to staff as needed.
  • Manage key holding responsibilities including opening and closing the store and addressing escalated issues.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Step in to perform cashier duties as required to maintain service efficiency.

 

Job Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education.
  • Proven experience in retail sales.
  • Supervisory experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage a team towards achieving set goals.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle workplace challenges.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and team collaboration.
