Sicamous Super 8 Motel located at 1120 Riverside Ave Sicamous V0E 2V0 is looking for a full-time Accommodation Supervisor. We are committed to providing 24-hour service as part of our commitment to make our guest's visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. These are year-round, full–time positions.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, cleaners, and laundry personnel
Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate expectations, updates, and provide feedback
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain and improve service levels
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff as needed
Order supplies and manage budgets, minimizing waste and controlling costs
Address concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining guest satisfaction
Prepare and maintain reports on daily activities

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment Full-time. These are year-round, full–time positions.

Start date: Start as soon as possible
Offered wage: We offer $29.00/hr. 40 hours/week.

Qualifications:
Completion of secondary school.
6 months experience in the field.
