101131704 Saskatchewan Ltd. DBA Gieni's Carrot River is looking to hire a full-time and permanent food service supervisor to join the team.
The job details are as under:

Designation: Food Service Supervisor

Hours: 40/weekly

Job location: 175 First St W, Carrot River, SK, S0E 0L0

Salary: $17.00/hour

Overtime:1.5 x Base Salary starting after 8 hours everyday and 40 hours a week.

Job duties:
• Supervise, plan, and organize the work of employees who prepare, portion, and serve food.
• Estimate and order the supplies and ingredients needed for meal preparation. Prepare food order summaries for the chef based on requests from dieticians, hospital patients, or other clients.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Teach employees job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Customize food as per customer order and special requirements.
• Control labour and operating expenses through effective scheduling, operations and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximise profit.
• Ensure that the food and service meets quality control standards.
• Assist employer in hiring food service personnel and supporting the creation of policies, procedures, and budgets.

Education Requirements: Minimum secondary School (Higher education is and asset)

Experience Requirements: 3-5 years
