We are the franchise of Osmow’s and are running the fast-food outlet at Toronto. Osmow’s is a fast casual restaurant capturing a truly modern taste of Mediterranean cuisine while giving customers the luxury of customizing their preferences.

 

Our Store is located at 165 East Liberty Street, Toronto, ON, M6K3P6

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

The responsibilities of your position include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Oversee stock levels to minimize expenses, track usage, and implement strategies to reduce product wastage and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage all day-to-day restaurant functions, ensuring smooth service flow, timely food preparation, and a positive customers feedback.
  • Uphold regulatory and company standards, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, occupational health, and employment rules.
  • Address customer concerns and requests in a courteous, solution-focused manner to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
  • Lead and support kitchen and front-of-house teams to uphold the standards for food preparation, service quality, and overall cleanliness.
  • Take responsibility for staffing needs, including screening applicants, onboarding new hires, and ensuring all team members understand operational guidelines.
  • Evaluate employee performance regularly, offer coaching to improve skills, and create a collaborative, motivating workplace culture.
  • Develop financial plans, track revenue and operational costs, and adjust procedures to maintain profitability and meet business targets.
  • Create and manage shift schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels across busy and slower periods to maintain effective operations.
  • Support marketing and local engagement efforts, including running promotions, participating in community events, and helping boost store visibility and sales.

 

 Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • At least 1 to 2 years of related management experience.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and with the team too
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities
  • Have good communication skills
